OC Weekly voted Vitamin L one of the top 100 bands to come out of Orange County. Vitamin L was a popular SoCal band in the mid 90s. They played Warped Tour, opened for No Doubt, Korn, Deftones, Sublime, Incubus, Blink 182, Ice T, Helmet and even Hip Hop legends Digital Underground showing their diversity. Vitamin L had a KROQ single in rotation with their cover of Wall of Voodoo’s hit song “Mexican Radio.” They were on the cover of numerous magazines and even had an action figure that a music enthusiast made that resembled the singer. Their line-up consisted of the standard guitar, bass, drums but they also had a trombone player that sang backups.
Lockout Music is excited to re-release their very original sound and full-length album Uno Dos. Along with their EP titled Easy Beans. Check out their video playing live at Irvine Meadows from 1995.
